It all depends when they will run the remainder of the races? At least I'll get a good nights sleep if it's run on Tuesday only!!!Tonight, myself and Mr Jameson will discuss the Emerald cup....to be continued!!!

hidalgo i hope the altitude factor doesnt come into play for yr horse now as he came up from clairwood which is slightly below sea level...

That's the problem with a postponed meeting. Never really in anyones' favour.

i recall many moons ago i thk it was mike stewart brought up fire arch from the cape for a 2000m race at tftein and it was delayed by i thk a week or even 2 weeks but he took his chances and the horse won...its a tough call and either way i wish you all the best

I have not seen the track so full in like ever. My 1st emerald cup day and really well done to all involved. Weather was only disappointment.

Louis Goosen Yard really went all out so well done to them.

Also had the sexiest girls in there picnic area. Problem is Louis kept them all to himself,
Not good for Old hearts.

Food good. Tips not so much.

Also had the pleasure of standing behind the starting pens for one of the races. what a magnificent noise the sound of the hooves make when the horses leave the pens. Awesome.

Great Sly, when are they running the race?
