FRANKEL is expected to draw thousands of extra people to Saturday’s races at Newmarket in the UK – even though he will only be having a training gallop an hour before the day’s official programme gets under way.

Frankel is so popular he is stealing limelight from two Group 1 races and a Group 2 at one of England’s most prestigious race days – the climax of the three-day Cambridgeshire meeting, which gets under way today.

The training gallop will be shown live on Sky TV’s Racing UK channel and Newmarket officials have seized on the marketing opportunity by packaging a special “Brunch With Frankel’’ event for fans.

Lets hope management at Tellytrack have pulled some strings and we will get to watch....

Heard some nutcases saying IF Frankel meets the obrian horse over 2400m it would beat him. Come on keep dreaming - Frankel the worlds best ever
