Hollywood not again - Why me all the time - Pls sort out immediately

4 today i wagered swingers to the value of R2000. The pool reached a R17 739 due to the race being delayed over 30mins. When you divide R17 739 by 3 you get R 5913 so thats the most per swinger combination you can win. Now here are my bets below, how can R3037 deducted when every swinger is below the limit. When i did complain R1113 was credited which is still incorrect.

2 * 5 = 1400times * 3.90 = R 5460
2 * 10 = 500times * 5.80 = R 2900
5 * 10 = 100times * 8.10 = R 810
