As a multiple GR1 winner and international GR1 performer, River jetez is also full sister to Pocket Power who won almost 10 GR1 races and they out of Jet Master.....I dont think it will be much of a problem with that record to get a booking in by Galileo or Frankel....yes,it will cost about R2million + but how much will that foal be worth??????If you have the money why not try to breed a international Superstar......if its a colt foal its already worth many millions as a stallion.

Risky as taking stamina to speed is not an ideal way to breed.....the more ideal way is to take the speed genome and enhance it.....not dilute it.....having said that it has worked with Variety Club and I for one spotted his pedigree and genetic compatibility before he ran.

When we have an example of a decent mating like VC it is then thrust into the limelight and people begin to think that a sire like Var is capable of anything.

If this mating works it will only be because the dams genetic influence has dominance over that of the sire,s speed genome.

No doubt the off spring will go for some big money as there are bigger gamblers to throw their fun money at a prospect that may or may not work out.

The foal will be worth a small fortune .

Interesting mating BUT I do not believe Var is the best stallion for RJ.
