I believe they are effective

the article on tabonline ( www.tabnews.co.za/headline-news/death-of...a-blow-to-sa-racing/ )
says that he had stopped taking his anti-retroviral medication.

I remember this talent when he was riding work for the Robbie Sage stable,and he was regarded as a huge talent those days RIP,codolences to family.
