We used to live very near Ocean City and I spent some time there. Also parts of Atlantic City where we used to walk our dog on a daily basis is completely washed away..........

The worrying thing is these extreme weather events. They are getting more and more frequent.

The irony is this. The USA government is the FIRST to provide help to any country when a disaster happens.

I have not read any reports of any country in the world that have reciprocated not even a sorry or condolence.

If Hurricane Sandy were to hit SA, the South African government would probably spend R6m to have the name changed to something like Sophi Thando Mokwena.
