Turffontein Catering

Hi Clanners

I thought i would start this topic as i am frustrated at how SHIT that R275-00 a head catering was at Turffontein on the "Furious Deck".
Surely a Buffet is something we did in the 80s & 90s ! I probably wont be going back to the "Furious Deck" with any guests as it was simply embarrasing listening to the comments regarding the catering.
Phumulela really need to get in with the New and Out with the old or we will lose another track, the whole point of getting guests to the course and having a good time is Gone...................

What was so bad about it?

I was in the Elevation Room & the buffet was excellent,no complaints from anyone.A huge step up from previous years in the O&T.

Same caterers furious and elevation rooms why should it be different

I am not a fan of many thing i, but the Catering in Elevation room is brilliant. The furious room does seem a little less impressive but is normally 100 bucks for the carvery. So good value.

The waiters could be a bit faster but other than that no complaints.
