Santa Anita Pick 3 Results for Sat 3/11/2012

Did anyone play pick3 at Santa Anita on Saturday. I went to compare the results at saftote to the results on Santa Anita in the states.
Is it possible that the payouts are exactly the same? If the amount was for example $300 it paid R300 here. Thats for every P3!! Is that possible?
Anyone shed some light on this?

I thought it was co-mingled pools so we were betting into their pools and therefore the dividends would be the same as we would declare their dividends.

But was our betting unit not R10 due to exchange rate? Cos then if their payout was $300 .... then ours should be R3000..... surely ??

It should for a R10 bet so you would get back R3000 for your R10. If in the USA it paid $300 for a $1 bet I don't see the difference if both paid 300/1.

eeeek, I do not follow your logic (or perhaps the grammar)... What you saying? that our R10 bet was 10x rather than 1 time ??

Surely just look at the odds it paid regardless of the whether it is a R1 or R10 unit. If we pay R300 for a R10 unit then it is wrong if we pay R300 for a R1 unit then it would be correct. Normally even when it is a R10 unit to play the tote shows the odds for a R1 win.

Thank goodness i dont bet there......i wont freakin know wots going on <
