The horse went to Ivan this morning after a sad saga at Steve Benton where the poor runs were not the main reason for the move, Ivan has done a great job with Miss D and has all documentation in place in regards to authority to act , every time u make any move the NHRA want in the region of R600 for every signed fax and we have spent plenty on admin fees.
Lets wait for Ivan's assessment of the horse and we will make a call from there.

Flash

Horse did not run too bad
stable struggling
new stable will find lengths
dam has thrown stayers
sire not the worst for a bit of stamina > than sprinting

stick this horse over 1600m and you will see a new animal

and cut his balls, why this has yet not been done is mind boggling

Good Move..all the owners want is to give the horse a fair chance and see improvment

All the best to the owners!!!

New trainer - new hope and the owners know the trainer

What is disappointing is that the way the trainer dealt with the owners in this instance was not in the best interests of the owners.

Not a good advert for racing.

Bud Boy was moved to Ivan because we were fed up of being lied to on various issues, because Ivan had done a sterling job with Miss D we decided to send BB to him. Dave did suggest we move the horse to craig but I asked him to send him to ivan because of the relationship we have formed with him.

Craig I understand you do have a right to feel somewhat disapointed and I will be the first to put my hand up when the syndicate buys/moves to suggest we give you a chance! Whether you post or not we will send you the next one sir, just like we will send to Shams if we race in PE

It is not often I agree with Easy but I think he is spot on.
Not sure about the gelding though
Don't see the point of building horses up with Vitamins and then taking his nuts out because he puts on a little weight, seems a bit unfair on the horse.

From day 1, I always said BB would be a Miler but good enough to hold his own in a sprint, No blinkers required.

I really thought he would be the upswing of Bentons yard, just sorry it didn't work out
