Yes, NEVER insert the favourite from certain stables country-wide (ask Country Member! Lol!) when there is a coupling!

or........, in another langauge....

ALWAYS OMIT THE FAVOURITE (FANCIED) when certain stables have two or more horses in a race!

Works 80% of the time!

Watch the scratchings in maximum fields with reserve runners coming in at the last moment; they have a bad-it of causing an upset!

All the above valid point...

I add 2 more..

1. if you take 80% of horses in a leg you might as well take the whole field, how many times have you left out one or two horses and gone out with one of them.
2. Don't get greedy, 25% of a decent payout is better than going out cause you eliminated horses trying to get a full ticket.

Yep!
On average, JP's pay over R1 000.

So, if you stake R100.00 for a %age, you're assured of getting your investment back. If you hit it often, your winnings shoot up commensurate......IF!!!!!

AGREED...take a % and collect a payout rather than going out in 1 leg because you wanted a full perm

That 1 horse you omit thinking it wont win will WIN!!

If you're really serious about Jpots, International is the way to go
Somehow I have an above 70% strike rate
Locally I hav a strike rate less than 40%

Don't play where no betting is available,..I call it Blind Jackpots!, all races S/PB)-
