Fact or Fiction ,i`m at a urinal at Turffontein....

So I am standing here with one of the SA Team jocks - he has asked that I don't give his name. He says that in all the other previous years, ALL the jockeys go to SunCity for 3 days, play golf, and basically have some fun. This year, the SA jockeys were all snubbed. They were not invited to do *anything* with the Internationals. They are livid. They are not looking for the freebie. In fact, 3 of them would not have been able to go anyway. But they say it's just the principle of it.


Surely i made that up?

It wouldn't surprise me in the least. Perhaps though the jock is being a little "direct". Maybe there was other reasons, HOWEVER it wouldn't surprise me that they were left out.

After all Sun International isn't a sponsor therefore that trip has to be paid for......by Phumelela/RA or whomever.

All other bits and bobs were sponsored, AVIS, Zimbali, Egypt Air........No Sun City.

Racing on Friday Night and then on Sunday surely time constraints had something to do with the Sun City trip??
