Bookie Claims

Can someone pleas tell me where i can get the claimes for the days racing??????

Ive asked Hibernia but he does not reply and the site www.bookies.co.za is closed down!!

We had a few posts on this subject and I gather the Natal bookies were getting rather upset that other centres were just "milking" from their efforts without any contribution or lets say stealing their intellectual property for want of a better description.

Scotia ...so the claims or betting is owned by the natal bookies ? is that what you are saying

Andy as far as I gather not the claims but the pricing up, they do the average odds between bookies and disseminate and these prices are used by all bookies without any contribution.

I could be wrong and not sure what happens in other racing centers maybe a few bookies can clarity?

Guys im not sure WHAT is going on , i go into my bookie yesterday and i ask him to please give the claims for today and he told me that he doesnt even know whats been claimed as he cannot view it anymore,it used to be on some site and its not there any more, not sure what he meant.

So please tell me , whats going on here if the bookies themselves are not aware of whats claimed what chance have we got...or am i missing the plot here?

This business of the KZN Bookies referring to the odds as their intellectual property could backfire badly.

Aside from the fact that they are spitting in the face of their customers, much like Wall Street would be if they claimed that share prices "belong" to them, it is probably not a good idea to start talking about who owns what in an industry which requires so much inter-linking.

Many punters give the tote a miss because they are such shits. This could swing around against the bookies. I hear it's not a unanimous stand and the ranks are divided.

The irony is think as they went to court fighting against the tote's intellectual property of the tote dividends. How short sighted.

If anything the claims attracted business,this is the stupidist move they could have made...
