computaform online subscribtion impossible

i have been trying to renew my computaform online subscription i enter all my details, now when it comes to paying with my credit card it gives me a message that i must only use numerics in the credit card number column, i dont understand this, can anybody tell me what to do in order to renew my subscription, very frustrating. Thanks

enter the 16 numbers - no spaces in between

West Cigar have you got a new credit card in the past year. I also had a problem as they record the original credit card details and when the details of the new credit card are put in it shows that the two do not match up. I had to use my wife's credit card to get my renewal. Hope it helps as this was my problem.
