Thieving Phumelela telephone service....(td)

i have had the same problem with a clerk on a blackberry this very weekend past. I say please give me a double for R40 and i give her the 2 races. She starts taking the bet and then says what are the races again? I give it to her again and she gets the 1st race on and then says to me what is the 2nd leg......i freakin give it again and the race is off and she says Sorry, i couldn't get it on!

I never said a word, just shook my head and walked away! i was pissed off though.............and the double was Dynamic onto Rumya.

Greg, try TABGOLD's commentary service :X :X .... say no more !! And there website commentaries (after the race under the Video Archive webpage) ... the volume is off.... I have tried cranking it up through external speakers ... no joy. After two months you would think SOMEONE has picked up on this !!

clearly they have enough customers, so much so they don't need to be customer service oriented! perhaps this is only applicable to the poor cousin which is racing, I wonder what the service is like for soccer....?
