If Pomodoro is going to run in the Plate, take even EVENS about VC is very risky.
After watching this horse win lastnight, he is a superstar. 7/1 abt him 4 the Met is a good price.
Even one saying Jackson 1400m too short, 1600m too short,etc,etc!!! 1 run after break 2nd run after rest, etc!! I was also a Jackson fan! But then I see pomo running in a 1160. Race, against not only a sprinter rated 113, but one who is a C&D specialist. And Pomo shits in. Then, he absolutely doddles home in the 1600m last night, not even breaking a sweat. That got me thinking. This horse knows how to win.
He has won the Derby 2450m, the July 2200. So he stays all day. And then he shits in a 1160m race. Only special horses do this. He will shit in Queens plate and Met,imo. Bring Jackson, VC, everyone. They won't touch Pomo

Pomodoro is unbeaten since the stable found he was suffering from a shoulder niggle - he went down terribly in the Daily News and the niggle was found after that race. Since then he has won the July from a wide draw, then a 1200m and then toyed with the opposition last night over 1600. Could he perhaps be a special horse?

His last 2 runs were super impressive. One things for sure, the next few months are going to be very interesting indeed.X(
