I placed a multiple with them yesterday, 1st 2 legs were in, last leg was scratched today, its been about an hour since the last leg, one phone call and my bet still reflects as losing on my account, their system should be able to detect scratched horse, slow much?

I had a similar problem with my double , Umbrella Thorn (14/10) X Pomodoro (6/10) - accumulative odds 3/1. Firstly the computer could not pick-up/recognise the ticket, so the clerk phones and explains the problem (to someone) - wait for it, that someone tells the clerk to apply a 40% deduction to the ticket!!! So i tell them it becomes a straight 6/10 bet and that they would be overpaying me should they do that, apply a 40% deduction to the ticket. Half an hour later and a fourth person later, they paid out on the single 6/10 leg of the bet. When i left the computer/IT person had still not reconciled the ticket.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

I am also a little disappointed with them lately , made 3 withdrawals over the weekend but not one has been credited to my bank account yet????

no problem on my side.
also 3 withdrawals made this week . an sms was received the very next day from Standard Bank advising me of the credits into my account

Tx agra , normally they r quite quick , all 3 were amonts of 1k each , that couldcause a little confusion?... anyway , will give them 48 hrsbefore i pull a magi on them!

Chaps.... Hollybucks was not updated today... and as far as I know this must be the first time EVER since I have been taking part....four maybe five years. It appears obviousd that some key personnel are unavailable, on leave or whatever. It happens to all companies this time of year. {hauls out gleaming titanium steel baseball bat.... wraps silk scarf around base...caresses shaft}

I was very upset with hollywood this week.
I have been in hospital in and out this past month. So I got rushed to hospital on Saturday.
Here's my problem. I have no laptop or any form of internet except my phone- so internet banking is out of the question. I asked hollywood, given my issue if they could credit my accoutn with R500(half of what I spend dailly according to my average spend thus far this month with them) as I was stuck between a rock and a hard place and will not be able to punt if not. The issue was moved to senior management who declined. But what got to me was that Senor management never bothered to contact me, or let me know why- they didn't even send an email. They just told their emplyee to tell me my request was declined. Very sad that they care very little about their clients.lol. Anyway-i did think my request was a long shot. Needless to say my bet I was going to take. Ilha bela/sharp design/ pomodoro clicked.lol.

Thought my account was hacked or something when i opened the site this morning.......i even phoned to make sure ....hahahahahha:D
