AHS injections or horse vaccinations

I have a question,

why is it that the south African trainers aren't forced to make it public knowledge (don't worry I know the answer) when they give their horses these injections?

I would assume every trainer in SA does this at some stage and it seems to me that they back off their horses in training and like any other "anti flu" injection or the like the horses just don't feel themselves.

We always hear 1 or 2 months later how the stable comments, AFTER they won their 1st race in one or two months that they have just finished their "Horse sickness injections" and the horses will start to come well now.......................

Are you kidding me???? What about all the punters who did their money in cold blood because of these injections?

None of the stables are immune. I'm sure MDK is going through something similar now as he cannot find a place with a 10 foot pole with a jockey stuck on the front.

That doesn't stop the money coming for his horses though because, on form, the public believe they have a chance.

Come on NHA, do your job boys................for F%#$ck sakes!!!!

For transparency and credibility of the industry, it's time that trainers also came to the party; united we stand!

I am sure that the trainers who have come onto this site have earned a lot of respect (and even new owners).

We mercilessly whip P and the NHA, etc..... what about trainers on their own initiative, 'signing' on & giving punters and the public such info? Where & how will it hurt? (I don't mean the 'needle'!)
