Hi Clanners
This has now become amusing with Clanners verbally attacking each other. If this was not SO serious an incident we could all just laugh at the happenings.
What I gather from some of the Posts is that there appears to be no consistency by the powers that be in dealing with Assualt incidents. Will this incident also be covered up and swept under the carpet. If this is the case then it is the Authorities that do Racing a disservice and these serious incidents will increase. Why have Rules, Regulations, Laws etc if they cannot be enforced.
This reminds me of the Doings and Screwing of the Ewings in that TV drama 'Dallas'. I want to see the next episode of this drama.
Clanners please Post some winners, I have not had awinning bet this week.
Hope justice will be done
Happy Valintines to all and ur loved ones.

Justice & the law are two totally different things, there will be no case of assualted as apparently the assualted party after a period of time retaliated. Legally one cancels the other.
As far as the Authorities in racing go why is this going to be a major issue if there is no criminal case. Two jocky's had a go, this is not the first time and if they warned off all the jocks that have taken a swing we wouldn't have any to ride.....
Time to put this "he said, she said" twak to bed....

ZO I am sure it was on a favourite of Alistairs. Jeff running on strongly from behind and appie went across him 3x. Each time he switched the appie came back across. After the last time and he got upsides he belted the appie hard. Appie cost Jeff the race.

I dislike the personal posts.....I don't personally know anyone on this forum...but we sometimes get too emotional....we need the jocks' the trainers' and the administrators' to post here....it is what makes this site unique.....
but they won't if we become too personal in our critiques.....
Luke....cross over from the Dark side....
may the wors be with you...

Many years ago David Kuit took his crop to two jocks in the Jock's room because they boxed him in(I can't remember who they were or the exact act) - I remember they had welts across the back. Anyone else remember this?
