Nice card again today. Tommy I agree with you that Taptap hasn't beaten much but his times have been ultra impressive as well as the way he has beaten his fields. As they all he can do is win and he has done that all 3 times on the surface. I have been put right off Brooks-Club after his last start, he showed no heart and in that race would have been lucky to have run to an 80MR considering he was rated 15 points better than the winner. Taptap also looks like 1600 is his prefered trip and with the services of Striker I see him being very hard to beat unfortunately I missed the 5/2 on Betting World but got stuck into the 22/10.

If you look at LBH on formgrids when Taptap won his maiden Masai Warrior won the same day both horses ran a similar time and both had a 24.8 for the 400 to finish so both races would have been run at a very similar pace. If the raced against each other on that day Masai Warrior would have beaten Taptap by 1.58 lenghts but would be 12,5kg's worse off. Go bid on Taptap.

With me fancing Taptap so strongly I have to go with Henry Higgins in the 4th. I agree his main danger will be Roman Warrior but I think Henry Higgins has come on more since that run and with Doctor losing his allowance should see Henry Higgins win. I will be covering myserf with swingers with Roman Warrior. Keagan's Jet I am also expecting him to run a good post maiden race and would throw him into swinger boxes with the other two. Pemba concerns me, as mentioned before all a horse can do is win but every horse Pemba beat 3,5 months ago is still a maiden so he will need to improve to give Henry Higgins 3kg's and beat him.

I took wins and doubles on Henry Higgins and Taptap (15/1 double) and they will both be my PA and P6 bankers.

Play well. (tu)

I like abit of roughies today

G Lerena should win afew

Inn on the square is worth taking the risk of brassing as the rest are 9/1 upwards

Good Place bets:
Baron Zemo
Berrymiller
Marius

Cherry on the cake should win.

Eiether Jetson or Stormy Express should win the last (Based on the amount of Last races Kom Naidoo has won in his last 100 runners - check that statistic out as well as the average odds on theses last races)

I like Memghar as an eachway bet in R8.Last run this distance 2nd-beaten 0.75l
Has JPenny up claiming 4kgs.IMO his light weight was the major factor for Larussas win on Tuesday

R1 Favourite much too short imo. Placed 10/14 times on the course, Road Warrior must have place or e/w chances, is better drawn today but coming off a suspension rest. Our Folly finished 4th twice in 3 sand runs and ahead of RW (nose bleed) last time. Roaming in Rome's only attempt on sand was its debut and has obviously "improved" since, may well be worth another sand chance and is my likely e/w pick.

R2 Consistent Inn OTS has finished 2nd 4/5 times under Simons but no value for a bridesmaid horse. Also drawn worse than usual. Not great opposition though! Tizasmart$ could be the one but a 28 week rest and drop in trip. Hazelwood occasionally performs ok but off a rest and poor trainer/jock form. Attract The Crowd, 4/12 from poor draw on sand debut and runs from 1 today, tempted me but just not convinced good enough. In the end, I turned to Empire OTM for a small e/w... well backed first two outings, drawn ok and The Doc up. Huge break a big concern but just hoping the horse has more ability than has been apparent thus far.

R3 I am with Tommy in liking Dragon Fay. For the exacta I'll take Tornado Twister to go on from a decent sand debut. As an idiot bet I will nibble at Chalkie, drawn well. Mizar could be another potential "shock result" horse. Baron Zemo with Striker up from 1 could come home but Zeerust might find the 17 draw too much.

R4 Have to say Road Warrior was main e/w pick when I looked last night and am surprised/pleased to see it having so many mentions. Was going to be my compo pick too but will monitor to see how many do it lol I am also of the opinion that Henry Higgins is the main danger. May well have improved and possibly slow away in the Tilman run but the draw and price make RW more attractive to me. Not a 2 horse race though and I do like Funny Glory (Striker 2/2), the 14 draw though just gave the other two the nod.

R5 Also discussed a fair amount above. TapTap for me but not a bet imo at 6/4. Read Shrek's comment regarding Brooks with interest but could still take a liking to the sand and agree regarding weight for Masai but can't discount. Main Dane first try on sand should not be ignored either imo. Good luck to Elvis with Silver Specialist but very tough again me thinks.

R6 I don't think there will be much between Shattered Image and Cherry OTC, at the prices I would side with SD. But, I will be hoping Classic Illusion (by Kahal) proves to be decent on sand. Jock/trainer in form. Has the turf beating of both the others (12 Nov). 4kg worse off with COTC for 3.5 lengths, Classic had the worst draw (Shattered Image not striding). CI comes out of poll position today (COTC from 9) so if taking to the sand logic says to me - although of course it is dangerous to use turf form for sand - CI must have a very decent e/w chance.

R7 Getting tired now lol :) Always been a fan of Where's My Chop and though I think definite chance, again at the price and taking the draw into consideration, I prefer White Squall. Semi-idiot on Swift Fox from a decent draw.

R8 Open race to finish, I favoured Hang Fire from Palace Town and Memghar. Idiots... Danesco.

Be(s)t of luck to all (tu)
