Is this Justice, not really as I believe he has big reserves offshore... nevertheless a small victory for South Africa.

He will probably get his chronies to bid on the properties and buy them back for a quarter of the actual value. Then have an agreement that he takes transfer again when his woes are over. (Now that might take a while)<
