Great story "Off The Rails"

Just watched Tellytrack what a fantastic story.

APPRENTICE jockey Lauren Stojakovic and star Adelaide filly Miracles Of Life completed a stunning fairytale as they ran away with the Group 1 $1 million Blue Diamond Stakes at Caulfield yesterday.
Connections' faith in sticking with the mature-aged jockey rather than appoint a senior rider was rewarded as she produced a gem of a ride aboard Miracles Of Life.
Miracles of Life broke well and Stojakovic found a good spot on the fence, sixth in the running.
Stojakovic pushed the favourite wide at the turn and Miracles Of Life ($3.20) swept to the front and was never headed in the straight.
The filly let down with a huge run and held off Fast 'N' Rocking and Godiva Rock easily to win by three lengths.


She and her dad were interviewed and watching her dad during the race was a classic

?........I was confused with the quip that Miracles Of Llife is by an unfasionable sire Not A Single Doubt.....yet they export his progeny to the rest of the world......we even have a few here of which Castlethorpe springs to mind......it just shows that breeding regions in Ozz are more fragmented than here.....and if a horse from the stix comes to a major centre and snags a major G1 race......it is considered not normal.....:S
