Jawellnofine. You stuck your necks out and got turned into turkeys.
You may even get the opportunity to 'do the double' if Igugu gets rolled this weekend.
But let's pause for a moment : Old Trafford is NOTORIOUS as being a venue when visiting teams NEVER see a marginal decision go their way. A combination of the home support and the aggressive behaviour of the players usually ensures that the referee is intimidated/conned into letting the home side gets almost all of the 50/50 calls.
The ledger has surely been getting unbalanced.
So tonight ManU ended up on the wrong end of an undoubtedly harsh/unwarranted decision. Boo hoo. How does it feel, boys?

My Sentiments Exactly Garrick.. I honestly was shocked at the decision..but the way the commentators kept rambling on and on and clearly showed they were suppoting Man U is disgusting..I mean gv us a break cnt we gt some neutral guys? The 2 commentator even said 'YES!!!!' When he thought Vidics Header passed the keeper in the last few mins.. Pathetic

my view is that this should be fergies last season in charge.very poor team selection imo and how does he justify playing nani ahead of valencia and leaving rooney out.i know utd did dominate until the red card, but my belief is if you going down,go down swinging and fergie didnt hv that mentality with his team selection.anyway this game is done and dusted and good luck to madrid on there victory.shocking red card.

Garrick, don't you know the United boys don't post after they have suffered a beating.
They normally curl up and hibernate in the south of England

I thought it was a red card before the ref even called it. Real still had a huge task ahead being a goal behind at the time. So well done to them. I agree, the commentary team was very biased.

Just watched the sending off.
Lucky Dude you are joking, that was never a red.
No intent,Grani never even saw the Madrid player.I thought a yellow would be unlucky.

@Dave no need 4 em to curl up United played a fantastic game and went down fighting imo..
It was a great game.. The red card was significant, BUT!!!!don't overlook the wonderful substitution Mourino made.. Luka Modric really turned the game on its head..it was him who won the game imo and that sub!!

Garrick you normally talk sense.
As for any team, such decisions aren't exactly pleasant but don't start the bias nonsense. Didn't hear me whining about the non-sending off for the almost certain prof foul on Evra in Madrid, or the early finish to the match. Mentioned it in reply to a DTF post, no more. That was a shocking decision for the red card. Probably should have had a penalty after as well, didn't get it. Can't remember a big decision over the 180 minutes going United's way. Such is football sometimes. At all grounds, all teams have things go against them. Hurts but you probably wouldn't know that or you wouldn't have written such a post. Sure there will be a big clamour about this decision and Fergie will no doubt say things that all the anti-Man U people here will waffle on about but, at the end of the day, United are out and that is not a nice feeling. Ultimately, that is all that is important and it won't change.

As early as 3 months ago there were rumours that Mourino and Ronaldo may end up at United.
from today's body language i think it might be a possibility.
