you are not being discriminated against
you also cannot get the piccadilly line to work but you not moaning about that ?
you also pay for medical aid and dont have the nhs
you live in south africa and sa has its rules.
its NOT about YOU!!!!
in 2010 there were 310232863 AMERICANS, alot of which play poker and are NOT allowed to play online outside of usa borders
are they being discriminated against?

so you would rather bet into a market at 130 to 140 percent with a stretch rather than a market which bets to 105 percent max...the power of bbb

trust me LD....exchanges or no exchanges....u better off punting with bookies in sa...and like EASY says..with.some bookies u say :give me 2 grand on this horse...if it wins u pay me now,if it loses i pay u next week.,and we all know what happens between now and next week...its probably closer to full settlement by end of next month...the race u chose is a once off or very rare and its no surprise that your horse paid R1.40....THE POOL might have been just R500.00 anyway...because there is very little interest on non televised racing

Why is it so bad and evil to want to open an overseas betting account. I have not murdered or raped anyone. I think it's just that the SA government does not want to loose tax money. Local bookies also don't want to loose customers to more competitive overseas bookies and exchanges. It's about greed from government and the local bookies. Just my opinion.

guru
i think you said it better.
if UK bookmakers took over sa and ran it like the betting shops here
CASH only
the ammounts bet everyday by the HUGE punters would equal 10% of current figures

The pool was over R120 000! I had a look. As they set off, the price was R2.40. Then it mysteriously slipped to R1.40 after the result...

Easy,I am/have seriously consider a move which would allow use of exchanges............it is worth my while...............I am just waiting to see what the result is of our commisioned gambling report .and it's recomendations.
In the meantime, reading your comments about our lack of discriminatory restrictions(they stretch beyond gambling) and how great life is here, tell us why you left this country???
