"Group" RESULTS - 'Sunday' February 17th Workings...

Afternoon.
This afternoon completed and went as follows......
The 1st runner we wanted 3.1, and with getting around 3.05 on arrival and slightly shorter, we had a lay at around 3.05 max. The price then drifted out to ourown price of 3.4 and beyond, so a chance now for traders and builders to have a 'free' lay. The lay/trade lost the race at the start to be fair, and was never a factor, so a good result.......
The 2nd runner we wanted 2.94, and with being a well supported 2.22 on arrival, we had a lay at 2.22. The lay was beaten and so a good result.........
The 3rd runner we wanted 1.9, and with being around 2.08 on arrival, all strategy play completed and just a bit of trading left on offer, I'm calling a day there and off to hit some balls on the range. Good luck if you proceed with a bit of trading.....
WELL PLAYED...........
'Rolling' strategists (no 'free' lays for them) hit 1 target..............They started on the 1st runner, and then hit their targets on their 2nd lay (the 2nd runner), so with not enough potential lays left to start another strategy/target, they end the day winning 1 target.
Strategy/target players (bank builders) started with a 'free' lay (the 1st runner) that bought a tiny profit.............(5 runner builders are now left with onl 4 potential lays left due to the abandonment of Towcester and so they have to end it here, so they end with a tiny win of 0.08 of a target.)..........4 runner builders went to their 1st lay (the 2nd runner) at 2.22 and a good result
4 runner strategy (bank builders) £400 bank. Max 25% target £100
'free' lay bought average/minimum profit £10
Total bank now £410
1st lay £102.50 to win as much of the £90 needed @ 2.22. Result positive. Win £84
Total bank now £494
That's within 10% of the target and so target hit.
Overall result. Target hit.

So a good day, and although 5 runner builders had to settle for just a tiny win, they know the score and know the safe way is best over time. All others hit and so good stuff. I'm off to practice my swing, so speak in the morning guys...

Our price 9/4 (3.25) and so a LAY is the call at current odds. We'd lay up to 2.94 or under.
2.50 Towcester. MATUHI (2.14)
Our price 11/10 (2.1) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.8 or under, we'll go in for a lay.
3.00 Southwell. CAPE OF STORMS (2.12)
Our price 6/5 (2.2) and so no bets can be advised at current odds. If we see 1.9 or under, we'll go in for a lay.

That's what we have to work on for this afternoon then. Not half as many as yesterday and so no room for much error, but we do have enough within our armoury to warrant going into battle, so that's what we'll do. Discipline to the maximum and take advantage of any prices that come our way. Good luck and speak soon...
