I have just seen the worst ride here in Australia and im wondering if i can sue the jockey for not giving me a chance to win or place in that race.What do you legal minds think?

I feel for you. Three of the very worst rides I have seen this year has been by Australias and two of them were by the same Australian

Yeah saw one just yestreday by an Aussie harness driver, got an easy lead but instead of setting fractions handed up and got into a pocket, no attempt to win or place thereafter.

Legal minds will say you have got a water tight case and then fleece you 100 x more than the jockey did.
