Flash I think you should go back and read my comments made after the outcome! I took the decision and moved on and resent any insinuation that I haven't. I have no involvement with Phindi and never have. Whilst we may have lost the tribunal I will not accept that decision as a sanction that all is well in racing and the day I do that either:
1. all is well
2. I've walked away horses and all

And that day is some way off!!!

this is not about Pindi; it's the points in the submssion that her attorneys make regarding the status quo which is no secret. The points made are eye-openers.

whatever she is, there are a thousand other Phindis in the wings and we cannot wish them away; they have the same right as we and opinions which we will not necessarily agree with. we will also have to accept that this turf (pardon the pun!) territory is not our sole enclave; others also have equal rights to it.

I for one do not agree with her on some issues and have told her so; she respects me for that.

Similarly, I also respect you.
