Did Saftote also come the party or .......?

I notice that saftote paid out p6 with My Sanctuary being one of the winning number thus making it a non runner. Mistake or not? As in race result it is not scratched but declared tote fav. Anyone else notice this?

It is NOT a mistake.

The 1st 2 runners across the line was unraced first timers. So the 3rd horse (in this case MS ) , who has raced before also qualified.
However, for the jackpot only the winner will apply.

Oh okay . So baffled and bamboozeled by what happened today I didn't even take notice of that.
