Good, you may not have voted for the captain or the coach but you may still take them to task when not performing. This will challenge how good a team player they are.

Late last year GC had a think tank and invited certain members and excluded others. However, members were invited to send in letters of suggestions to improve racing in Kzn. I duly obliged along with only 11 other people. The coach and captain had only to respond to 12 letters. I am still waiting? If this is the respect shown to members, what chance does anyone else have of being heard.

I endeavor to offer solutions to any criticism I have of racing in KZN. Would be great to have the courtesy of a reply, even if they don't agree!

You are close to the action and should be allowed to voice your opinion without fear of retribution!
