she ran a great race took it up round the back stretch but hung violently when turning for home and ran nowhere

yes just watched last 2 races dont know why u think ran great she ran unplaced.
i thought she was better than this.

As the filly was going from 6 1/2 to 8 furlongs, the jockey was warned Alex would be fresh and that he faced a daunting task, as she would want to show her speed. The mare has a very short burst of speed that is best used in the stretch run. The trainer told the rider not to take too strong a hold. The rider did it anyway.

Result: the mare pulled so hard, she had her mouth cut in a few places. When the came round the final bend, she took the rider to the outside fence.

Inspite of all this, she was beaten less than 3 lengths in a Grade 2.

She will be much better over 1mile and i am sure you will win big.
