Calling Troubleshooter

Watched Keeping Track last night and was particularly interested in the Chairman of the RA's message. From his account transparency is alive and well and they seem to have implemented a few nice ideas. The question that begs to be asked is has he been transparent with you regarding the answers to the questions you seek?

You see guys not everything the ra are doing is a mess. There is some improvements

Encouraging start - things are being done but i'm not sure if we can change the past(Newmarket etc). I wouldn't mind going on one of those tours to the start etc - maybe the way foward is to submit suggestions to the board and see if they take action
