from a very profitable day at the office, i still have some complaints:
Two horses that i thought were given extremely poor rides:
1) True Imperium; the appie dropped this horse out correctly, then going into the straight tried to find even more cover than was needed, and only started pushing at the 400m marker, and when i say push, it was gentle, not even one smack on the horse. If one looks back to Strydoms rides on this horse previously, just before the bend he is going at it hard, a good 600m out. Horses that like to run on from behind, should surely not be sitting 15L behind at the 400m and ridden out. Next time this horse will be a price, and with a half decently strong jock on board, this will cruise home in the right field.
2) Dutchess Tre: NJ was sitting with tones in hand at the 300m mark, but still could not find a run, he had plenty of time from the 500m to atleast give himself a clear run when he was ready to push the button. Finally when he got a run and started pushing, this was only at the 200m and by then was too late to make up the 7L or so.
Both horses that i really fancied today at nice prices, that i thought got given dismal rides, but next time out should go very very close.

I'm not 100% convinced that True Imperium gets 2000 :S
