Unlike oncourse trainers which get trainingfacilities to use at a nominal fee from the racing operater privatefacility trainers must supply their own at their own cost their horses must be transported too the course at their own cost while trainers on course horses get transported at no cost by the racing operater the amount payable too private trainers are too make up for this in as far as the lamehorse story privatetrainers get paid for horses that goes under startingorders if scratch no moneys r payable

Jerry your facts are way off the mark, Grant has his own tracks but on Mondays, Wednesday and Saturday the Fairview back straight is open to all trainers so your so called "Off Course Trainers" can and do take advantage of this, I cant for the life of me work out what point you are trying to make..could you maybe be a bit more specific??
