There are two afternoon flat meetings today and also two evening flat meetings

At Chester beware of the draw as this is a tight left handed course thus the low draw has the advantage.

Some nice all weather runners in action today at Southwell with a couple of C/D winners to have a look at.

Well-backed favourite when winning at York (2m, good to firm) last August from Very Good Day, but flopped when one of the market leaders for Cesarewitch (very wide draw) final outing; 6lb higher than at York and has stall 17 but should stay and, after just six starts in total, could easily have more to offer

Very high draw but is a 2 mile race so should not be too much of an influence
