There are no graded races for 3 year old sprinters, colts/fillies. Isnt it time this out-dated program be revised ? This program is telling us as breeders/owners not to breed/buy sprinters ? God forbid you have a good one, their three year old career has to be moth-balled, or you have to compete in open company. Our sprinting stallions are world class. Proven by the few sprinters having competed overseas. Yet abroad sprinters are catered for but not in SA. Fair is fair !! Comments and thoughts ?
