how can this be correct at the greyville going tonite?

the official going is declared as soft with the PEN READING AT 28...last 7 days 78mm of rain but in last 24 hours zero rain...it hasnt rained at greyville since last saturday.....we raced at clairwood on sunday and on wednesday we raced at clairwood with the pen reading at 22................what the fcuk is going on with greyville as it seems the track takes forever to dry out these days and no the tote board doesnt cover the whole track....with 5mm or so forecast for today this meeting tonite if the pen is at 28 now will be history..
