I would have thought Scottsville will be very suited to tear away horses since the first part of the straight is downhill before the climb, therefore quicker horses would get away from the field?

Via Africa has never been beaten at the Scottsville racecourse. She has run there three times winning by 8.25, 9.75 and 4.00 lengths. It was over a 1000 m though. I think she will definitely win. I like her.

How wrong.
You got to be EXCEPTIONAL to win at Scottsville.... have seen many a visiting superstar flop big time.

there is reason they call scottsville 1200 the graveyard. agra is correct many "good things" get roll also draw very important

Tough 1200, got to be able to see out every inch of the trip imo - last year Welwitchia beaten by Ebony Flyer, so no disgrace there, will be coming at them the final 100 - All is Secret the danger

Snowdon big runner in the Golden horse shoe, but I'm not 100% sure on the weight turn arounds with Dessert Sheik just yet, don't remember what they each carried last tym out
