That's the problem when you only take some bits out of the book when it suites you - There is also the danger of painting a whole culture with the same brush when some fools go to the extreme. I have interacted with people of all faiths and have noted that a bad egg is a bag egg regardless of the prayers he says!! 90% of religious people I meet are good people that tolerate others

daveflower its a racing forum and religion has no place here, i can recall many (myself included) having a go at Umlilo for some of his Political posts and yet he is still here and remains a valuable contributor to the site, you too imo are a valued contributor and i for one would not like to see you leave, but Bob is in an awkward position and the deleting of the post im sure was an attempt to defuse a possibly volatile thread and had nothing to do with finance ..of this i have no doubt
Give everything but up!

1. Who threatened our Davetheflower
2.Could you not have deleted the post of threat and not the whole thread.
3.Would you pass a lie detector test for Davetheflowers question regarding the the real reason why you deleted the whole threat.
4.Would it be too much to delete the posts that u feel we're threatening
and reflect the other posts in its entirety.

@Titch, DTF and Zaeem:
Once upon a time, I also (inadvertently!) threatened violence against my mate Bad Co!
I feel that if it's Zaeem being referred to, he request that that particular comment be deleted..... and if need be, apologise, no need for justification (we human)!
Other than DTF's comment (to which Titch responded quite convincingly), the comments were revealing....of ignorance, bias and knowledgable!
would be wiser to reinstate the thread! (my opinion/suggestion)!
Yes, there are lots of good people still around!

this type of post that was delete is what give the opponent of abc the amunition.
religion is the personal thing it should no be debated. some things are obviously wrong like what happen in the uk. the common ground for this type of thing is the lack of respect and the imposing ( or try to ) of what you believe to be right. all major religion have shame full history of some sort. the christian crusades was the terrible episode in name of religion. plenty more example and bottom line is we need to respect each other.
now i believe this forum should only be for racing. that way you stop all this non sense. plenty other sites to go let your prejudice and hatred out.
Salaam! Shalom! Namasthe! Sawbona! Vanakkum! and special for you umlilo, Kai gar hois allo meden, aute pareste this mean something like their is allways hope

Although the error is innocent with no significance but here is an example of misinformation.
Wouter you say two mosques were attacked. So I'm sure you got this from Bbc or the like.
But what they said was there were attacks on mosques in two cities,Exeter and Leeds. Now I have never been to these cities but its not likely that only one mosque exists in either one city. But two mosques could be correct .

Taking the media's reporting on the attacks on mosques one step further.
If you regard the reporting as, I don't know if this is the right word, propogandist in nature what will be the arguments for and against this statement.
And I am not saying it is.
