Hollywood - please help

On your site you advertise "6 horse yankees". Whenever I try to take one online, no matter the horses it tells you you reached your internet liability (even once for R57) and when you phone the call centre they tell you "5 horses maximum". When I alert them to what you advertise on the site the reply is "that bet is online only". A bit of a frustration as I like to mix up my "fancies" for a weekend in small yankees.

Yes Madji thanks. Changed them all to places and accepted it.

I will go investigate.... did not know you can do a place Yankee : ... I use Sportingbet for my eachway Yankees and L15's... would prefer to use Hollywood.

when I was still a punter had same problem, I took it up with management more than a year ago, they said they will fix problem , still same old story, the telephone staff kept arguing that you can only take 5 horses but I spoke to management and they helped me out,
caught a 6 horse yankee last year April with a R10 unit when Mrs Slack had that 4 or 5 winners on one day, of the 6, 5 won, I collected nearly R20 000 for outlay of R370,
and also on the vaal one day I caught a place one with 6 horses with R5 per combo ( there are 37 combos) collected R15000 with outlay of R185
some advice if you want to take 6 horses but payout out of limits then just take your outsiders for places and fav for win so you might have 4or 5 to win and 2 or 3 to place
great bet and you have fun for the whole day
