Uruguay at 10/1 is unbelievable! Spain wont win this one... Spanish players for in CL showed they are slipping... Mexico and uruguay best value

Tahiti qualified by winning the Oceania Nations Cup beating New Caladonia in the final.
The tournament also had New Zealand, Fiji and Samaoa amongs other nations in that region playing
