Has anybody heard of a horse being 16/1 and when placing a bet on the horse the odds go down to 6/1? and when you don't accept the bet and you log in again, the odds are displayed as 16/1?

I realize the bookie can do what they want, but this isn't really transparent in my view.

Yep. that's the thing that's tickling me. I had to open another account at another bookie (which I don't like) to get the odds I want when they do this. Don't understand how one bookie can give 6/1 and the others 16/1. may be wrong but feels asif its just the horses I play that it does this with. anyways nothing I can do bout it. just wanted to rant a bit.

thanks.
