Hi Clanners

Just with regards to getting our prep right for the Durban July on Saturday, we just want to make you aware of the options you have when betting (incase anything does go wrong).

The Hollywood Website - www.hollywoodbets.net

We recently upgraded our site last week, and should now be compliant for use with IE10 and all web browsers.

If you are logging onto the Hollywood site for the first time, and it looks distorted, then please push Ctrl + F5 a couple of times to clear the cache. This will return the site to looking normal.

The Hollywood Smart Site - m.hollywoodbets.net

The Hollywood smart site url has been changed to m.hollywoodbets.net (not smart anymore). Please also note there is no www.

This is a simplified version of the website, without all the bells and whistles. It's purpose is to be fast, efficient and hassle free. It is also the recommended site for those using Android Phones and Iphones/Ipads that can't download the mobile application.

Hollywood Mobile - www.hollywoodbets.net/mobile/

For those who are going to the course or unable to get the branch, you can bet using your cellphone (not available for Samsung Androids and Iphones).

You can download the app by clicking the link on your mobile phone, or by smsing BET to 32377. Follow the prompts and you will get the app on your phone.

You do not need to register another account if downloading the app, or using the smart site. Your one Hollywood account gives you access to all the platforms.

If you find that your 3G bombs out, or you can't get to your computer, you can phone your bets through to our call centre. All you need is your account number and your PIN. One of our team members will be waiting to take your call!

Thanks for this Dev - I assume one can't take exotics (PA's etc) using m.hollywoodbets.net ?

ja you can, but is awkward. Just tried it out now and I keep getting website unavailable.... and when doing a multi trifecta it does not show you the number of combinations....
