Peeps can youll explain to me what they referring to in the computaform concerning merit rating and the subscripted race rating? Is the race rating the rating for which the horse should be in that specific race factoring all things as specified by the explanation. If so whats more important? Race rating or mr and how do you interpret both of them together....

You got me there - I have been using Computaform forever, but I have never seen a 'subscripted race rating' - where do you find that?

you are right...rr only pertains to the rate at hand hence in a handicap all horses have the same rr but in a conditions the best horse will have the highest rr.....
