Race 1 ,2 ABANDONED AND RACE 4 over 2400m JULY DAY

Track must be dangerous and authorities must be very concerned!

They should fire everyone concerned with the Track at Greyville. Useless bunch. Employ some one from the UK who knows how to prepare a track in conditions.

Has anyone got the rainfall figures for Durban for the last 24 hours and last 7 days?

I think it's 14mm over the last few days... No comment. Annual rainfall close to 1100mm, so this would hardly dampen the soil

Maybe the should move the July to Cape Town...

Why do you think the likes of Gothic, Love Struck and Wild One made the race. Nothing to do with form purely because they are KZN horses.

By getting them in it reduces the field to 17. If Karl keeps CTN racing about 3 or 4 lenghts behind when thay hit the home straight then i cant see him getting beaten! This horse quickens very well and the race will be run on "DRY" ground. The Sean Tarry runners will be chasing him for the minor places.

They should revert to the old name........the DURBAN JULY HANDICAP
