.....announce that the opening leg of an exotic bet is abandoned before the bets can be cancelled and restructured.....had plenty in the 1st leg would have replayed with a banker and added a few to the other 4 legs.....should be a riot if they run the 5th and then abandon with the Tom from the P6.....:X

I totally agree with you Multi, have no problem with them carrying on racing but then rather refund punters on the exotics....

Frustrating but the owners of the horses that did run and earn have to be taken into account as well when these decisions are made...

What about the 4th at Greyville reduced from 3000 to 2400.Bookies still holding betting,betting should be refunded forstudy in that race as a change in 600m is a huge varaince.Unfair to the punter .But nobody cares.

Your pennies collectively fund the grand masters as they seek fame and fortune, just as you seek your fame and fortune.

If the race was 3200, 2400 or 1999 your bet is not calculated, it is a gamble. And if your 3200 bet came in you would not object.
I do agree with you, but pawns don't count in a chess game, only for fodder.
So shurrup and bring those pennies p.....
