You know, in the old days and I'm not trying to sound like a douche here but they would test the systems for weeks ahead of time putting it under "july conditions" to make sure that everything was working. They would also have several backups to make sure everything is running a-ok. Now there was occasions where the system gave trouble or went down but it was back up within a few minutes........
The "CEO" or General manager at the time was in the office for the entire day making sure that everything is running smoothly, I happen to have intimate knowledge of this as being a FACT.
I would love to know where Riaan is today?
Chops.............

That would make perfect sense.
Let me just clarify that I'm sure the actual system has not failed it is merely the dissemination platforms like the websites.....no excuse though as that is part of the product.....
