I feel that it unfair of ABC to keep this thread alive as the person been pursued obviously does not know that his name is been tarnished because of this thread.

For all those who don't know...Serge Henry has been a race horse trainer in Mauritius for a very long time. He has been out of the game now and again. Re CnC's comment about Mr Henry having his name tarnished I doubt very much that he ( Mr Henry ) would worry about that. He never has been the most reputable character in horse racing circles on the island and Mauritian racing is so full of rumor and gossip that not many people involved in the industry there have a good reputation anyway. Good luck to the debt collector. Mr Henry has been around a long time and I'm sure there are more than a few people who would 'like to have a word' with him...

CnC in this country you are guilty until you have proved yourself innocent.
I have also gone through a situation the last few years where I was crucified by people about something that happened that i was involved in and nobody bothers to hear my side of the story, i am judged, found guilty and hanged by people whom I do not even know, who "heard: from someone" this and that, because that person finds me guilty I am guilty and o yes never mind the length of the tale of the story, because each one adds on his own juicy bit so that by the 4/5 persons you have committed murder, i just shake my head laugh ( and walk away but it does hurt.

as i have seen on this site sometimes , and very often it is the same people,people are so quick to judge another persons, but a very wise person once said to me persons do that to reflect people away from their own faults and imperfections.

one last thing sometimes even when a court finds you innocent in the eyes of the society you are still guilty.

this post is not in defence of Mr henry it is just a general comment not linked to any person.
