Looking for Serge Henry

Gooday, I am a debt collector looking for the contact details of this man,Mauritian horse trainer Serge Henry who has SA racing colours. I have been contacted by various vets, trainers, transporters that he owes money to but he is in Mauritious and evades all SA attempts to get hold of him. Anyone who knows of his details or a reputable attorney/lawyer on the island to get to collect this debt ?

Both SA and Mauritious Jockey Club will do nothing (gutless) about this bad debt .....

The horses that he owned and raced in SA , Why Worry and Commodore Pete, have earned stakes for him in SA and already in Mauritius but the providers of services here cant get paid.

I wonder why these horses were allowed to leave SA with unpaid debt?Surely the trainers would not have allowed them to leave the stables to go in to quarantine unless all invoices were up to date?Maybe Mr Debt collector should get on a plane and go to the powers to be in Port Louis to fetch the money....add the air ticket on the outstanding bills and have a few days sunny holiday on Mr Henry?Just a thought.....

We dont use force , only the legal system.

My client has tried the Mauritious Turf Club but they are ignored by Serge Henry.

Thanks to the people thet replied with numbers and email by PM. Had a few responses with regard to Mr.Henry and his refusal to pay his way.

We have been told of a few SA lawyers on the island as well who understand both legal systems.

dont follow island racing is Serge Henry a well known trainer?
