An updated report from Kenilworth this morning indicates that 23mm of rain has fallen in the last 24 hours, with 50mm in last 7 days.
The going has been posted as soft with the pen reading at 28 down the straight and 27 on turn.
The false rail has been set at 2m on the Winter Course. (Sportingpost)

If they get to the 8th then CASH REGISTER has to be a massive runner, has half the field ice cold on the Jet Lady run form 4 kg's to 7,5kg's better off for under a length beating..
Give everything but up!

Stan E on TT seemed to suggest it had been pouring after that pen was done and the course was galloped but maybe I misheard.
If they run and get this far, I think CASH REGISTER is a big runner in the 8th. Raced wide throughout last time and was almost in the grandstand down the straight, imo a very unlucky loser and I commented after that he was definitely the best horse in the race...yes, I was on so if you want to interpret that as bias so be it lol but...
gets the 2 draw today, best draw he has had for some time
should be ok in the conditions (but always weary if it gets very wet which it sounds like it may be)
Fortune takes the ride for the Kotzen stable who have been in very good form recently
200 extra today (which he probably did last time anyway given the extra he seemed to race) so.... should win today by 200 lol
Not trying to say he will definitely win as other decent contenders and conditions a concern but, that said, he is my main bet of the day
