Hi Madji, checked your account and have seen the outstanding bonus - I have credited your account.

To everyone, apologies on the company's behalf for the delay in crediting bonuses. Being the last weekend of the bonus special, as well as being month end, there were a lot of bonuses to credit. This is no excuse and we are hoping we can automate the bonus in the future. Until it has been automated we will be increasing staff presence when we do the bonus again.

I placed a bet on the Senior British Golf Tournament . I placed Corey Pavin at odds of 20-1 and Hollywood gave me a refund.
I struck the bet and as a punter, they have to honor the bet.

Is there anything I can do for my golf bet. ?

I caught the quartet for the gold cup for 2,15 %. The quartet paid around R 116 000 . I received +- R 1980,00 . Wonder whats up with Hollywood.

I am not 100% sure if it applies to quartet payouts but the way i read it is they limit the payouts on certain bets. For instance if the limit is R60k on the quartet it does not matter how much you win, whatever % of the bet you have taken you will only win that % of R60k even if it pays higher.

Ashan - Your payout on the quartet was correct - I'm assuming you are looking at the nett column on your statement, instead of seeing how much money your account increased by.

Your golf bets were placed yesterday when the betting was offered in error. All customers were contacted as I mentioned earlier. I have explained this further in a PM to you.

It is been brought up before, were if you taking a multiple bet and in one of the legs the price changes while you taking the bet, the whole bet has to be retaken or the leg in question has to be omitted. Is there anyway that Hollywood could give you the revised price of the multiple like the other sites than redoing your whole bet again. Thanks Devin.
