Re: Hollywood FNB deposits

I have made a couple of late night (22:30) deposits into my Hollywood account over the last month or so and the money is always credited to my account the next morning. Is this a problem anyone else is experiencing? It is very frustrating, have missed a few decent sports betting winners because of this. Is there anyway to get it credited faster? Emails are only answered the next morning and the call centre is closed until 08:30. How does one get around this?

Hi Dev why is that deposits I make from an FNB account around 10pm only end up reflecting the next morning? Have all the hollywood employees gone home by this time, I would find that strange as there was still some in running betting going and there should then at least be some traders present at you offices. Please help me out with this one, it is truly frustrating. The call centre is unresponsive and my emails are alsi only answered the next morning, nobody from hollywood has informed me of any delay just a dull email to state that the money has been credited...the following morning.

I have been complaining about Hollywood too much recently, instead of continuing I have voted with my feet!!!

Hi clanners
Was man down yesterday so was away from the computer. With regards to late night deposits the deposits team and helplime is only available until the last international race of the day. We have not yet moved to a 24 hour service as yet, but I will speak to the deposits team and see if we can start moving towards a 24 hour service (or at least to the end of in-running betting).
Until we get that going, if you do wish to get your money cleared immediately, use your credit card. The money is credited to your account immediately.
smashley - if you've sent a deposit notification (please make sure you send these) and if you havent had your deposit cleared, our helpline team is very quick in resolving this. Unfortunately I'm not on here to help all the time (as much as I try to be).
Greg - I will speak to the betting team. I'm sure they will be able to accomodate your request going forward from today. There is not normally a lot of interest in the betting at that time, but I'm sure we can get it up at 1pm.
I know it seems there is a lot of complaints or requests with regards to Hollywood at the moment, but I can assure you we take notice all of them, and we will strive to improve the Hollywood service.

I got a Standard Bank Account and I use my Cheque Card to do my deposits and the money is reflected straight away at anytime of the day even early hours of the morning. I presume you doing and EFT and if its from your Current Account (Cheque Account) so the next time try the Credit Card Deposit but use your Cheque Card Details. Hope that helps.
